Payments are handled by Klarna. You can pay with Visa, MasterCard and other alternatives depending on your location. The transaction of credit card data is encrypted. Kondens do not store any credit card data. Klarna (our payment service provider) use a security certificate called 3D Secure that your bank and card needs to have activated upon purchase. If your payment fails, first try another card and secondly another browser or device.
We also offer payments through Paypal. Please note that the registered address in your Paypal account is the address that the order will be sent to.
SHIPPING (FOR SWEDISH CUSTOMERS)
Shipments within Sweden are free and distributed by DHL. Shipping usually takes 3-5 working days. You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. DHL will deliver your parcel to a hub near you and you will be notified by SMS or Email when the delivery has arrived. Therefore, it is important that you provide your mobile phone number and email when you register your details.
SHIPPING (FOR NON SWEDISH CUSTOMERS)
Shipments outside of Sweden cost 100 SEK, approximately 10 Euros. You will get an email notification when your order has been shipped, with your parcel tracking number. You will get further information in the confirmation email regarding tracking number and link to courier. It is important that you provide your mobile phone number when you register your details so that the courier can contact you when the parcel has arrived.
We do not offer exchanges but if you wish to exchange an item you can always return the item and then order a new one.
To be able to go through with a return, your item must be unused and be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. See more below under “RETURNS”.
You can make a return up to 14 days from the day that you received the delivery. If 14 days have passed since the delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, please mail to email@example.com, do not forget to attach your order number. You will be contacted within 24 hours with further instructions and details regarding your return.
When returning an item, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost that is 49 sek for Scandinavian customers, rest of the world the shipping cost is 99 sek. We will arrange a return lable for you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify that we have received return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Of course we replace items if they are defective or damaged when delivered. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will give you further instructions.
